However to access others, I would need to change the ownership and access of the folders. The Apple File Exchange idea sounds good. It allows you to access files and folders on Ext, UFS, HFS, ReiserFS, or APFS file systems from Windows.

It was somewhat a success as I can view and read some of my Docuemnt folders. In this brief guide, I will show you how to access Linux partitions from Windows 10 and transfer the data from Linux partitions to Windows using a freeware named Linux reader. sudo mount -t hfsplus -o force, rw /dev/sdb2 /media/user/MAC I then mounted the drive with read and write permissions. I installed sudo apt-get install hfsprogs I took the drive out to try recover my documents un my ubuntu machine. I was unable to boot macOS on my mac laptop.
